IN NO EVENT SHALL CONVERTGRAB, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR PARTNERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, DATA LOSS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ConvertGrab from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Brazil. You agree that any dispute arising under or relating in any way to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of the comarca of Vitória, Espírito Santo, Brazil.
